Rowan Cabled Mercerised Cotton required, can you help?

I know its a long discontinued yarn, but need some, any colour will do.

but good mercerised 4 ply cottons are Rowan Siena and Patons 100% Cotton 4ply - would they be any good to substitute?

If you don't find anyone willing to sell on Ravelry, have a look on eBay. There is none at present - I have just looked, but if you save the search and get it to e-mail you when some appears you may be lucky and find some in a few weeks. I have done this with various discontinued yarns, for various reasons, and it is amazing how often they pop up!
