I will be very angry with the woman who sold me this, as she told me that it is simple.

I have spent 11.99 on the punch set and if it doesn't work I will be quite angry!

Ummm....I tried one ages ago and wasnt that impressed so I stuck with my trusted hammer and basic setters(£4.30 for a complete set!!)....Ive got a silent setter now.

You are punching your hole out first arent you?
Make sure the eyelet fits snug through the whole and then you should be able to set it correctly with the setter....if thats not working, then I dont know what to suggest, as I havent really used one enough to comment.

UCM · 25/11/2005 23:04

is the upshot that the springloaded type aren't the best to use? I have looked at them before. What is the basic set which you mentioned that you use, JM?
