He's plucked out Mickey's eyes...

DS (20mo) is in love with a really manky old Mickey Mouse teddy (it must be 30yrs old) and has pulled its eyes out - they were the flat-plastic-on-stalks kind, held in by a thread and some glue.

I've no idea how to reattach them and tbh I think replacing them might be a better idea. Can you buy cloth eyes (sort of like the patches you embroider onto things)? Or does anyone have any other ideas?

I'm not very crafty so it would have to be idiot-proof..... Grin

Felt would be the easy option, a sheet of black and a sheet if white. Cut and sew on.

You can buy similar eyes but they are awkward to attach without access on the inside iykwim.
