Sewing book suggestions for dd please!

Dd (11) has really got into customising her clothes and bags but would like to teach herself some basic sewing techniques/tricks (I am pretty useless!).

She's got a £25 Amazon gift voucher burning a hole on her noticeboard and I wondered if any of you had come across books which could help and inspire her.

I went on a bag making course last Saturday and the tutor recommended this. I had a look at it in Waterstones today and it looks really good. All the technical stuff you might need and a few projects at the back.

This one looked quite good too. Your DD would just about be able to afford both of those!

I have this one which isn't as big (so smaller pics which aren't so clear obviously) but I like it.

I would actually recommend this one or I saw this one in Costco and it looked good.
