sewing felt birds

Ladies... does anyone know a good place to go for basic sewing templates? I need to make a few birds with a group of kids, no bigger than your hand (the birds not the kids!!). The plan is to stitch together a couple pieces of felt and stuff it.

yes, I'm fine to sort out the image. I went to print off at work today and Year 6 on the puters... how rude!!!

It's difficult to describe but my birds aren't for a Christmas themed activity. This shape sits nicely in my trees though. It's a big collaborative effort so I'll post a pic when we're done.

one more thing... I need to buy loads of felt (either squares or on the roll - doesn't matter). Do you have any recommendations of where to head for this?
