Whizz-

your necklaces are fantastic!

I would recommend them to anyone who's short of a Christmas pressie or going to a do.

Your cheque will be posted in a mo.

Um- dh says- can I order another one? If you don't mind? Coz he loved them too. Dark red this time?

Say if you're too busy!!!!

Promise to stop ordering after this

I'm so glad you liked them !
The green one was quite a challenge, trying to decide what would go with your lovely dress.

I have a couple of red necklaces made - I'm not sure you would class them as dark red though. I can email you a pic & see what you think. Its a good excuse to go Bead Shopping if not !

And please don't stop ordering

suzi2 · 10/11/2005 19:04

Whizz - is there anywhere we can get a look at them? Do you have many to sell? I'm still trying to find a few pressies and although I planned on making some with my lovely crystal, I'm not sure I'll get the chance :-(

WhizzzBangWhizzz · 10/11/2005 19:12

Hi Suzi - Some are in the MN Card Gallery, however I can email you pics if you email me
Whizzz_123 at yahoo dot co.uk

I have some made in a few colours already - but I can make similar styles to order if you have a particular colour in mind [smie]

Well I shall tell you what it is for, and I trust your taste so far!

DH has bought me (OK, git made me pay for it after insisting I should have it... just xoz he pays all the bills ...)

It is black, strapless top with netting overlay and a long black skirt cut up at front like a spanish flamenco dress. My hair will be dark red for Christmas as usual, so autumny shades really i guess (liked the colours in the autumny necklace you did on the gallery)

Again fairly short I guess.

Peachy - I have put a pic of a red necklace in the gallery - it's currently 18" long but I could shorten it.
I also have one with a red glass bead heart on with clear glass beads either side.
I still have the Autumn shades one if you want shades of brown or I could make one fairly similar to your green necklace in plummy brown shades.

PeachyClair · 10/11/2005 20:10

The one in the gallery is lovely- would there be any chance of some ear rings to match (DH is frowninga t me now! tee hee)

The red one? Is it too long at 18" ?
I can do matching earrings ! Are silver plated wires Ok or I could get low nickel or sterling silver if you wish.
There are some earrings in the gallery (2 pairs side by side) you coud have somthing like the red pair but with silver wires rather than gold ?

kiwibelle · 10/11/2005 20:23

yay for you Whizz! I'm so pleased for your business.

WhizzzBangWhizzz · 10/11/2005 20:30

I think I actually prefer making beady things to cards now !
you Kiwi that liked the shell jewellery ? When I did the craft fayre, that was the thing that was picked up the most - the necklace card with the green shell on it ! I've also now done a silver plated bracelet with just pieces of paua shell on it - its amazing how many people comented on it

WhizzzBangWhizzz · 11/11/2005 12:35

Thanks PeachyClair - your cheque arrived today

PeachyClair · 11/11/2005 17:23

The ear-rings in the gallery are lovely. I an't wear gold (hence my wedding ring / engage, ment ring being shut away all the time ) but silver is fine. TBH I'd prefer a bit shorter than 18" because of the cut of the tope, if that's OK. Can you shorten it easily?

OP posts:
WhizzzBangWhizzz · 12/11/2005 08:55

No probs, can shorten the necklace - I can do same length as the other one.
Is silver plated Ok for earrings or do you want sterling silver ??

Let me know & I can post to you next week

PeachyClair · 12/11/2005 16:53

Anything except gold is fine for me- the cheaper the better! DH says I'm a great wife for that
