Help - Xmas pressie ideas for distant 10 y-o niece in US

My brother died several years ago and since she's in the US I don't really see her very much and so don't know her very well. Any help ideas at all would be brill. She's not sporty, but is a total tween and is quite "crafty" ie making things not Angelica-Rugrat like! Budget is somewhere between £15 and £30 and ideally not gigantic/bulky because of post.

Please help!

Wow, thanks Jayzmummy. Have just started to look and it seems amazing. Will have a good rifle through the site over the next few days.

Argos do some nice craft starter kits. And I bet they don't have them in the US

Many thanks to all. Given all your expertise, are there any online specialist craft shops that you trust/recommend.

TwitchetI am here in the US and I have a DD aged 11. My DD loves scrapbooking and crafts, along with clothes, lip glosses, mystery novels (for teens). She adores british candy and would go crazy for a lot of Woolworth's PIC and MIX those big gooey snakes and the fried eggs and jelly babies--all of those candies delight her. Good luck whatever you decide, I am sure she will love receiving a gift from you!

I have 2 neices this age and I always shop at gap.com for them. £30 is what about $50 these days? You could get something for that I would think.
