It is to reupholster a Lloyd Loom seat pad.. I would prefer it to be more white though with the blue running through it.

A little like that but not so many stripes! I'm wondering if I have dreamt about the fabric now and not actually seen it anywhere!! And WOW, it's expensive per metre :)
