Jewellery makers... help

I'm looking for a good online stockist for beads, leather/cord thong and memory wire (ring sized). Also one that stocks some very large 'feature' beads - preferably in wood.

Any ideas?

Also, I'm not sure I really really need memory wire. i'm planning on making some wine glass charms. Would normal wire shaped into a circle do? What sore of guage would I need so it didn't distort...

Hi - I've bought a few things from various Ebay Stores - Ebay seems quite good for comparing prices & seeing what's available. Just watch P&p charges.

For wine glass charms I guess you would need memory wire as it would need to keep its shape when opened to put round glass

I was thinking about how to make these wine charms too and looked through the catalogue for this site .

They also have an online catalogue- I have ordered from them before and they have been excellent.

I have found these ring sized memeory wires on ebay.

Now, would I be able to use one for each charm, or would I need to cut these so I only have 1 circle, IYSWIM?

I put some links on this thread . Bead Addict are particularly good for leather or cord thongs (under "sundries") and findings.

Any mnetters out there who make up jewellery and sell on ? I am after a couple of handmade necklaces and don't want to go to the faff of making my own ?

how do you find the albums once you log on?

Click on "all albums" and a long list of links will appear. You then choose which you want to view.
