Wall hanging organiser with pleated pockets?

Can anyone help? I want to make a hanging wall organiser for my DD's bedroom. I want a mixture of flat and deep pockets. However I can't quite work out how to do the pleat for the deep pockets.
Does anyone know of a good online tutorial or pattern? I've had a look around, but they're all either flat pockets or don't explain the pleated ones well enough for me to follow.

Do you mean like a box pleat? If I am picturing it right, you can just 'pinch' the fabric and pin together or google/utube box pleats and that could work too.
