Is there a kit I can buy to start ds and I off on making xmas cards.

I have looked around, and could spend a fortune of packs with loads of sissix xmas trees, another with angels, another with holly etc.

But I want to buy a pack with card blanks and a few of each type of decoration in. I'm rubbish at crafts, and I don't know if ds will take to it, but I fancied giving it a try.

Its really worth tring it yourself. Youcan buy card blanks and envelopes anywhere. My best ones were sponge printed Xmas trees, decorated with as much glitter and sequins as youlike, or finger printed Robins - abrown thumb print, and red little finger on top, 3/4toeach card. add legs and beak when dry . Very simple but effective

the cara's crafts ones look very cute! You often recommend this site, JM... is it one that you regularly use?

The exchange rate is in our favour so it works out good on price....especially when you have to watch the pennies

If you want to buy something that isn't going to cost alot if it all goes pear shaped. Poundland are doing sets with some quite nice little bits & pieces for guess what .... a pound. If you buy all of their designs. I think that there is 4, then if you don't like doing it, you can throw away and not lose any sleep over it.

ELC do some really nice basic kits that aren't to expensive. My 2 year old DD is having a great time with them.
