window seat cushions

Can anyone recommend where I can get a window seat cushion custom made to fit my exact sizes? I also want to provide my own fabric.

Have you got a local haberdashers or fabric shop, as they often have numbers for people happy to make commissioned work.

Ok I am in central London so I think it may be pretty pricey. I was wondering if there was anything on-line that people knew about?
