Bulk craft supplies? Need felt/beads/ribbon/buttons

Anyone know where I can get hold of craft supplies in large quantities for very little money?? Am running a craft project for 50+ women at the end of the month, and on a shoestring budget. Argh!

It is a truly awful website but try Fabricland - they do cheap felt.

Beads Unlimited do cheap beads at wholesale prices for large packs. I don't know if you have to be a business to get hold of them that way. It isn't clear from the website but the fact that you can see the wholesale price and pack sizes suggests that it doesn't matter.

Ebay is also worth a look.

Do you have a scrap recycling scheme near you like this

Try charity shops - I got a huge tin of buttons and bag of ribbons for £2.50 last week , you sometimes have to ask though as they don't always display that kind of thing.
