Hello

I was so chuffed just come back with some air dry clay from ELC intending to do an impression of my daughters hand and the stuff is way to hard to do anything like that with. What have other people used to make hand impressions (I do not want to do a mould as there is no way my daughter will stay still for that) I really need some soft clay I think. I know that they sell the kits online but I was looking at doing quite a few impressions as gifts to go in party bags as a keep sake for relatives as my daughter is one on friday. Any ideas appreciated as I have not got long to get this done.

Thank you :)

My friend has a beautiful blog, full of activity and craft ideas to enjoy with little ones. She posted about salt-dough handprints. Very effective (they look gorgeous on a shelf in her kitchen!) and a fraction of the cost of buying a modelling kit.

Lots of lovely ideas on the blog. Enjoy!

No everyone should hijack! the blog is brilliant! can you repost a message telling everyone about it. Also have saved it as favourite and just told my aunty (nursery nurse) and my friend (who has twins) all about this site great work :)
