boards

I was wondering if you could do it with black paper and white chalk and maybe use some kind of fixing spray? There must be a far cheaper option. I'd like to do one for dh for a Valentine's gift.

I would use window stickers or transfers personally, but I don't see why you couldn't do it with white paint and stencils.

What about doing it as a t-shirt? You can buy transfer paper from W H smiths for about £7.

I like the white on black. do you think there are white letter transfers to be had?

You could buy fablon in white, if you know someone with a diecutter (sizzix sidekick or like) with an alphabet set, you could cut out all your letters and stick them on black mount board.

Our local craft shop hire for an hour their diecutters and dies for a small fee in store. I have often used this service.
