Need help with this thing i want to make/sew?

Sorry for the confusing thread title!!!

Does anyone know what i mean: i've seen it at montessori nurseries, it's got buttons and zips and laces and it helps children learn how to do them all??

well i've also seen the same thing but it's a fabulous padded cushion thing which is kind of split into 3 sections and has a different zip, button, lace in each padded section

am i making any sense at all?

anyway, i wondered whether anyone had seen this before and whether there was a pattern of it somewhere or if not whether someone could talk me through making one?

No, but I've seen rag dolls & clowns & the like with the same idea (DD had a clown, with zips, buttons, laces etc) you might find that sort of thing easier to find a pattern ortutorial for??
