dolls house lighting

DD has a lovely three story dolls house and would like it to have some lighting.I do not know where to begin.I looked on Amazon and found a few bits but really dont have aclue what to buy and how to fit it.We are not enthusiasts she is 8 and just wants it lit up a bit to play with.Can anyone advise me?

I have used one of the little battery operated lights - they have around 20 tiny lights.

You can drill small holes and thread them though each floor then hide the battery packs in eg chimney or wardrobe.

thats a good and cheap idea yes i think ive even got some.Thanks.
