Has anyone got any good crafty ideas for leftover wrapping paper? It seems wicked to throw it away!

I sometimes cut out any characters/flowers/patterns and use them as card toppers. Also cutting out pieces and putting them away for later in the year for BabyScout (aged 14 months) to practice his glueing/sticking.

As above, plus I store it in one roll for next year - doesn't have sell-by date...

If its just a small bit on the roll I keep it cos there is always something small and fiddly that needs wrapping next year.

If its stuff thats been ripped off a present then same as Scounting and shodatin, or use it for papier mache?
