How do I make that snow falling window effect - i think circles on thread or something??

sorry to be so vague but i only vaguely remember it. i found the link last year and thought i'd saved it for this year!! I think it was something like circles of tissue paper strung in long vertical lines???

I know there's one where you get those little round white stickers and put them back to back on thread then hang them up. Bought stickers last year but didn't get round to it so can't feed back I'm afraid.
