making a fleece snood

Hello!

DD won't wear a hat. Another mum suggested getting a snood- I haven't found one on the high street but I do have some fleece material and a sewing machine at home. I think it would just be a tube shape, but does anyone have any other ideas or tips?

Not any snood...a JLS/Blue Peter snood.

Glad to see they are recycling makes from my childhood.

Arf! As a kid I had a fantastic Blue Peter book on how to make loads of stuff like Sindy houses,knitted ties etc. I wish I had kept it!

thanks for the JLS link, will use the basic principles, not sure about the tie dyeing elements.

Imagine trying to tie-dye fleece, could be messy and unproductive.
