I'm thinking of taking a course in picture framing as I have loads of photos and general stuff that I'd like to do and I thought this might be cheaper. However, I've asked a couple of people about this and it seems that the equipment you need is really quite expensive.
Does anyone have any knowledge about this? Assuming I don't want to set myself up as a fancy do-everything framer but just want to do simple mounts and frames on my own stuff, is it going to end up costing a fortune? Is it even practical to think of it as something I could do as a hobby?
