Free child's waistcoat pattern? Quick!

DS1 has to wear something spotty tomorrow for Children in Need - I have some felt I can make a waistcoat out of but can't find a simple free pattern - any ideas?!!! The other alternative is sewing buttons onto an exisiting waistcoat but it's too nice to wreck!
