Where can I buy glycerine?

I want to have a go at preserving fresh flowers. Dilution ratio is one part glycerine to two parts water.

Can anyone suggest where I can buy the glycerine? I'm assuming I'll need more than one of those little bottles you buy in the supermarket!

Many thanks

You can get it in chemists -you might have to ask, it's not always on display. Usually about 200mls in the bottle I think.

Ditto what currypowder said....but I've found the bigger chain ones, such as Boots don't tend to stock it, try the smaller independent ones, especially any old fashioned ones, thats likely your best bet
