PLEASE!

DSs (6 & 3.5) are going trick-or-treating for the first time in the village (with school) tomorrow.

I have no ideas for costumes.

Can anyone help?

Pop down to Poundland, they have a cute pumpkin vest, vampire capes, various masks etc, for, well, a pound

Thanks. Unfortunately I am in France and we are on petrol shortages...

We have a few bits of material for capes, I will check.

Have looked at the archive and skeletons look reasonable easy too.

Otherwise we will go with capes and face-paints.

A mummy is easy to do, with bandages and a few safety pins.

Ah OK, not quite 'popping' down to Poundland then!

Good luck!

Zombies? Face paint and tattered clothing.

If you put them in a black/brown t-shirt and leggings you can make bat wings from a bin bag and attach them to the top. Then you just need to paint the face and maybe make them some ears attached to a head-bead.

Alternatively black clothing with skeleton bones painted on.
