knitting a scarf, nice and long... i quite like stockinette interspersed with the odd few rows of moss stitch - but any other suggestions?
The stockinette is nice because it shows the patterned wool beautifully - but it does do the usual rolling thing - would it work with a scarf??
please help quickly if you can because i have GOT to get this done soon!!!

ok, if you are worried about curling up, how about edging it after, either a simple crochet edge, or adding a moss stitch edge. You can then have the joy of the pattern without the edges curling/rolling up.
