waxed paper

Does anyone know where I can buy waxed paper for craft - either online or in london area. I want to use it to make "stained glass" leaf pictures with the kids this autumn. (put leaves between two sheets and melt together with warm iron).
All I can find is baking parchment (unwaxed). thanks.

is it not the same as the greaseproof paper you can get in the supermarket?

I just save the stuff from cereal packets... and ask friends if I need lots of it

Mojo - It's not quite the same as greaseproof - more waxy.

Shodatin - good idea I have probably thrown it out in the past without thinking! Unfortunately all we have in the house at the moment are cornflakes and they are in a plastic bag.
