Christmas craft count down list

I know it is horribly early, but if you are going to make your pressies then you need to start soon.

What's on your list?

I am making:
Aprons x3
Oven gloves x1
'Moonblush' tomatoes x4
Preserved lemons x2
Sloe gin (as many bottles as I can fit it into)
Chilli jam x4
Pomanders x6

I also want to make cards but haven't done them before. Any tips?

I have three really large jars [2kg sweetie jars] of sloe gin on the way at the moment. I'll bottle them into pretty smaller bottles closer to the time.

I'm knitting mittens this year for my cousins, sisters and parents. Four pairs done so far. Using super chunky and they feel super warm. I've got another 8 pairs to go.

I've also got a few 'shark ate my baby' hats to crochet as well.

Everyone else will get the Chutney/Jam glut.

I've got the bits to do my cards in advance, hoping to get a head start before my maternity leave starts.

I'm due DC1 on the 5th December. At least I've sorted DH's xmas pressie out :) hope he doesn't break it before lunch though :)
