Why is it so unbelievably difficult to find some in the UK?
Any of you lovely ladies know where I can get some from? all I find is US websites, and shipping costs are ENORMOUS! Hmm

thnx ladies

I had a google a while back and came across this site.

They call it velboa though, also seems much cheaper than other sites I came across (and having it shipped from the US)

I haven't bought from them yet though...

Have you tried searching for 'Minkee' or 'Minki'- lots of reusable nappies use it so you might find it on those sort of sites.

Found this:

www.ecoearthfabrics.com/searchplus.php?org_id=12831&send=y&searchtext=minkee but its £9 per half metre

and on the Minki nappies site they have hyacinth (also per half metre but cheaper|):

www.minkinappies.co.uk/index.php?cPath=39_46&osCsid=9cb3ae21ac4c8eddae13b550678a3c82

and also ebay

thnx ladies
I completely agree- Haberdashery, fabrics etc.- it's just so hard (and expensive!) to come by :-( just had a very bad experience with an online shop- I ordered my new sewing machine from them and they have THE WORST costumer service I ever saw.

thnx for all the useful links and information :)
