Toppers are a bit of card art that people use when they haven't got time to make said topper (I have done it, cos everyone expects a handmade card from me). Now I wouldn't go near 'em as they are far toooooooo expensive and can be made very easily with my Sizzix sidekick (35.00) and dies 7.00 to 15.00). Now you know why people buy toppers. (Cos they aren't mad & stupid like me) whinge whinge (sorry)

Toppers are small plastic boats for people who like spending a lot of time bobbing about in freezing cold water trying to retrieve a sail. Why would anyone want to make one?
