Knitting - easy baby longies pattern on Rav or elsewhere?

I know there are loads of longies patterns on Ravelry but I can't tell which are going to be a nightmare and which are easier. All the ones I click on are requiring vast outputs of mathematical reasoning on my part and I can't cope with anything like that at the moment! GrinBlush

What I want is a nice, simple, 'newborn size' pattern for longies (leggings) where I don't have to work out precise measurements, just follow instructions for a standard size. I'm happy (would prefer it) to work with DPNs and can manage circulars. Yarn type immaterial, as I almost certainly have it! Blush

DS2 due Boxing Day. I have lost my Knitting Mojo and am desperately trying to regain it and do some nesting at same time. Grin

TIA

Have you tried asking in one of the groups on Ravelry? Knowing Rav, there's probably a group specifically for people who want to knit longies and are due in December Grin

You're right, there is at least one longies group I remember seeing a year ago! I haven't been on properly for ages...

Thanks, I've just had a look and it seems to be good and basic! I'll give it a go.

Now, do I have any DK weight in my stash that I actually want to break into, or is this another cue for a quick trip to my LYS? Grin
