blue acetate?

does anyone know where I can buy blue acetate? I want it to cover my windows for an under the sea party i'm having, but can't seem to find any.

Have you tried Baker Ross - they may do a cellophane type thing in rolls. Alternatively I'd use some watered down paint to do swirly sea stuff on plain acetate.
Incidentally we got a good effect by sticking bits of silver onto different coloured net and swathing the ceiling with it with fairy lights inside.
