High ALT levels with obstetric cholestasis in pregnancy, anyone experienced this?

First time poster, currently 31+2 with my first baby after two previous losses, which may be contributing to the anxiety a smidge! I’m just looking to see if anyone else has had a similar experience and get a little reassurance.

I had awful sickness into the second trimester and continue to take Xonvea for it (miracle pill, I swear!). I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes at around 25 weeks, which is all diet controlled.

Began with the dreaded itch a couple of weeks ago and I went for a blood test, the following day I was called and asked to come back and have a second blood test. The doctor advised that I have Obstetric Cholestasis (ICP) and raised concerns about my ALT levels, they also did a urine dip on Thursday, which came back positive for proteins, leukocytes and white cells, which I was given antibiotics for as it is suspected to be a UTI.

I’m now having weekly blood tests to monitor, and I’ve been told that the only part that is important is the Bile Acids, but I’m extremely concerned about how all of this is impacting my liver (I’ll put numbers below). Has anyone else had extremely raised ALT levels during pregnancy? Was everything okay? I feel very shrugged off by the doctors I’ve seen so far.

1st test - BA 25 ALT 1038
2nd test - BA 28 ALT 1058
3rd test - BA 24 ALT 1258

Yes back in 2012. I only got diagnosed three days before he was born as I was silly and didn’t say anything about the awful symptoms. I too also had a UTI in the days before.
ultimately the levels were very high and I had him at 39 weeks. He was fine and after a couple months my liver was back to normal
it will be okay you are being monitored I know it’s scary. I only had a few days to deal with it so I can’t pretend to understand how you feel and back then we didn’t get the exact results x

I had this, 9 years ago though. I was monitored weekly at the antenatal clinic and had bloods done, and growth scans every 2 weeks. I had this medication I had to take I daily too. I was induced 2 weeks early for precaution. But everything was fine :) xx it was stressful at the time though x
