Hi I’m honestly praying this thread gets noticed I’m so worried
I had my 12 week screening tests back today and I’ve spent the entire day crying I have the NIPT test booked for tomorrow. My results came back as high risk my chance being 1 in 110 for Down syndrome

I’m 23 years old and suffer from PCOS also currently taking progesterone medication and have a higher risk of preeclampsia but unsure if that changes anything

my free beta hcg was 9.09 MoM
my PAPP A was 1.38
NT on scan was 2.6mm with baby measuring 65mm

I cannot find anyone with a free beta hcg as high as mine and I’m absolutely panicking please can anyone give me any advice or happy ending stories im terrified

Hi, I just wanted to say, it was 15 years ago & I can't remember the exact number but the Doctors were also quite concerned about Down syndrome with my youngest. I chose to have the invasive test with the needle & it all came back negative. They were concerned about his high heart rate too, I'm not sure but they made it sound like it was linked.
It was so terrifying though & you can be so overwhelmed with all different conflicting emotions. My advice would be to take each day at a time & try your very best to not jump to any definite yet x
