Waiting to hear back from my midwife but my PAPP-A results are 1.99 MoM and I am worried about the increase risks with higher PAPP-A.

Has anyone had higher results and all been okay? My T13,18,21 risk was 1 in 5000 and had a clear private NIPT i am more concerned about IUGR and placenta accreta

I’ve not heard of increased risks with higher ? I had 0.5 borderline high risk and 0.16 high risk low Papp-a pregnancies which are linked to still birth, small babies, pre term and pre eclampsia. Pleased to report I had very healthy pregnancies and both boys were a lovely size 8lb 9oz and 9lb 12.5oz

There are increased risks if you read the literature @Mummywholoveschocolate
Glad you had healthy pregnancies with low PAPP-A though
