Help understanding my Papp-A/HCG results (double-test)

Hi all,

After an IVF pregnancy I had my double test results for trisomy. I took it at 8+5 as recommended in my country (recommended between week 8-10).

Papp-A: 0.236 IU/L
HCG: 23.8 IU/L

I've seen online at 0.2 is considered very low, but most results seem to be around 12 weeks, and refer to MoM, whereas mine are IU/L.

I will have my neck fold scan in 3 weeks, which is quite a long time away, so can anyone help me understand these results in the meantime?

I'm 32 years old, first pregnancy. Had an early ultrasound because of it being IVF at 7+1 which looked normal and had a heartbeat.

Thank you so much.
