NIPT result, amnio or not?

We had a NT measured at 3.9mm during our Fetal medicine appointment.
We booked an amnio at 16 weeks but went ahead and paid privately for an NIPT which has come back clear.
Do I go ahead with the amnio? I'm worried due to the miscarriage rate but at the same time worried about a false negative on the NIPT test.

I wouldn’t - the NIPT is far more accurate

I had an ultrasound today and queried regarding the NIPT test, it is far more accurate so I would def trust that result!

What did the nipt look at? All chromosomes And microdeletions and duplications or just the top three ?

I only had NIPT and was told they no longer measure NT at the scan as no point because the NIPT is an accurate screening tool. This was in the US. But ignorance is bliss, it could have been anything. And baby was fine, and is now 3 years old!
