Can blood thinners affect NIPT results?

I've got my NIPT appointment next week and I’m on blood thinning injections, I will be 10 weeks then. Can the blood thinning injections affects my results? The clinic hasn't asked or mentioned it all but I'm waiting on their response.
Thanks

some studies point to a slightly increased risk of needing a redraw, some say the opposite, but the biggest factor is timing. I had 3 NIPTs done on 60mg lovenox and 150mg aspirin with no issues. They were however done at 11 and 12 weeks, not 10. I was advised against getting it done at 10 weeks and to wait another week because if you aren’t at least 10 weeks then the chance of not having enough fetal DNA is high and it’s likely the test will need to be repeated. This advice was given at all 3 NIPTs I booked, one was done in my hospital as part of a trial - I had that done at 12 weeks, the other 2 were done at a private clinic that appears to be owned by a senior obstetric consultant at another local NHS hospital.

Basically - unless you are sure of your dates, eg you had IVF, you might not match the average that dating is based on (eg 28 day cycle, ovulate day 14, SME right away and you implant in day 5) - if you are even a day or so later on any of these then you aren’t 10 weeks, you are less.

I don’t match this. I went for my scans at 6+2 based on last period to find that I was actually only 4+5 - 30 day cycle, ovulate day 18 and I’m already a week behind the average.

Thankyou. I will be 10w1 so I may ask the private clinic their opinion x
