High chance D:S due to low Papp-a

hello , I have recently had my 12 week scan ( 2nd baby) and have been told that I have a 1:79 chance of baby having Down’s syndrome, this was due to my Papp-a ( placenta protein ) levels being very low 0.09. I’m 28 years old. The NT measurement was fine and HCG. My bloods were also taken too early so I’m not sure if this has an affect on it.. has anyone had a similar result or lower and gone on to have a baby without DS??

I recently just had a baby last year everything was fine, I had the NIPT test yesterday which is another sceeening that is 99% so that will come back either low Risk and they will do no further tests or high risk and then I can go on to have a proper diagnostic test which I’ve heard there’s a small chance of miscarriage but will say a definite yes or no. waiting back on those results Im just so worried and can’t concentrate on anything else, I just keep stressing and crying

May I add this baby will be loved NO MATTER WHAT the outcome … I think because my partner has said in the past he probably wouldn’t want to keep I think that’s why I have been so upset 😢
