looking for some positive outcomes please. Just had our 20wk scan, sent for referral as twin A’s limbs are smaller than expected at this stage and twin B is on track. Consultant scan shows poor placenta flow to twin A and has said that’s the likely cause of the smaller limbs.
options to proceed may mean delivering early to give twin A care outside of the womb or making decision to save just twin B - anyone had anything similar and able to give some advice/positive stories.
please don’t give me just the doom and gloom as they are only outcomes my brain wants to think about.
