Hi everyone!
Just looking for some advice here. I (25f) had my 20 week scan last week where they found I had Placenta Previa and not just close to my cervix completely covering it to the point that the ultrasound tech could see a pretty big blood vessel right on top. Now the tech himself said to me that he was going to be completely honest and say that it is very unlikely to rectify itself unfortunately just because of how much its covering. But then after the scan the midwife talked to us and was like "oh don't worry, this is pretty common and will most likely rectify itself" and handed me a leaflet that does say 9/10 times it does rectify itself.
So I am not really sure who I should be listening to the tech or the midwife. I haven't had any bleeding whatsoever so not sure...
Has anyone else ever had their Placenta covering their cervix and it move? I think that maybe it moving is more referring to the low lying/partially covering Placenta's?
But I don't know...any advice?
