so I had an early vaginal ultrasound yesterday as I’ve had positive pregnancy tests and it said no masses and cysts seen, gest sac and some fluid seen in pelvis however last year when I had my first early pregnancy scan with my son, it said I had no masses and cysts seen and no fluid either so what’s caused the fluid in pelvis on this occasion? Just worried it means there is something bad. Thank you :)
