Combined screening - no result after 11 days?

Hi all.

I had my blood taken at the 12 week scan 11 days ago. No results yet? Is this normal? I thought I'd get results within a week?

My DH wants me to call my midwife team but I feel I'd be nagging them or wasting their time (i also recently emailed them about having covid - got no response and emailed about a cyst on my ovaries - got no response)

We're waiting on the letter to tell family and I'm just so worried now!

I know if it's bad news I'm likely to hear within 3 days but also just so stressed out.

It took 2.5 weeks in the end for my letter but I had called after 10 days as I couldn't wait anymore! She said it's normal to take 2 weeks and if everything is low risk then you wouldn't get a phone call (which is good) but that still doesn't make up for sitting around wondering if the phone will ring or not.
So I caved and called, my midwife was lovely and called me back the next day (as she doesn't work every day) and went through my results. I told her I was a bit anxious waiting and she was fine

In this process I wouldn't worry about ' wasting their time ' it's their job and we are pregnant for such a short amount of time in comparison so why feel anymore anxious than we should
