Sex blood test

DH is excited to know the sex of our final baby, we already have 2 DC of the same sex so wanted to skip out the loft if this one is the opposite sex / keep all their clothes if this one is the same sex.

I've seen the maternal blood test which is available from 7 weeks and I was wondering if anyone else had done this? The accuracy seems good and as I have extremely high risk and pregnancies, it's nice to be able to shop/plan/decorate with a sex in mind.

I did a harmony test at 10 weeks mainly for early screening but the gender was included. It's effectively a DNA test so was accurate. I paid for a combined test and early scan with a private company. It came in at only £10 more than an NHS hospital quoted me as a private patient for just the blood test. The scan was great because it included a moving image recording.

I did sneak peek at 6 weeks as they have now changed it to 6 weeks from 7 weeks and it said I was having a boy. My scans show she’s a girl. Did you get the results and were they correct?
