Concerned about dark spot on 9 week scan

Hello. Looking for advice or anyone with a similar scan. My 9 week reassurance scan shows a dark spot at what appears to be behind the baby's head.

I am a bit concerned that there is a lot of fluid in the baby's neck. Don't have my 12 week scan for a few weeks yet.

Midwife sonographer here. That 9 week scan looks absolutely fine. Congratulations x
