Red Cell Antibodies - Anti C and Anti E

It was picked up on my bloods during labour with my first son that I had Anti-C (could be anti-c, the notes are hard to decipher) and Anti-E antibodies (not anti-D)
I understand that in future pregnancies it can increase the risk of miscarriage or HDN, but also that it's quite a rare combination so if I needed a blood transfusion at any point in my life (I.e a subsequent birth) it would be hard to find a match... which scares me!
Has anyone had anything similar? Do you carry an antibody card? I left hospital and it was never mentioned again! Midwives and HVs just looked at me funny and asked if I meant anti D Hmm
