Was any1 hi risk but CVS come clear? Help

That really, I've seen cases where if initial scan NT was high, or bloods came back high risk or any initial assessments came back as high risk and CVS came back clear there still appears to be issues with baby that possibly didn't show on CVS.
Just wondered if anyone had any experience or been in a situation like this.
I'm 1/5 risk of abnormalities and or heart issue. I have CVS tomorrow and really nervous of outcomes.
I'm trying to be prepared as much as possible. I understand CVS will only show results for what they test me for. I have 15month LO already different.
Any advice / experience will be appreciated x
