I can't shake the feeling that my blood results at 11+4 are a bit off ?

Papp a 0.83mom
Beta hcg 3.61mom

I know high hcg low papp a is associated with downs and my papp a is below one and hcg way above one

Nuchal translucency: 1.5mm
Age : 27 years

Risk of Downs 1:1511 which I understand is very low risk still but given my age and nuchal translucency it is the bloods increasing that risk.

I can't shake the feeling that something is off with those blood readings.

Hi - I think perhaps if you’re still feeling anxious about those results you could consider paying for NIPT to set your mind at ease? It’s normal that there’s variation in the numbers from one woman to the next, even with completely normal pregnancies, and the risk calculation is just that, an overal”chance”. If you want a more precise (and likely reassuring) risk estimate thenNIPT is the way to go. But I’d be reassured by the 1/1511 still.
