Fetal ovarian cyst

Does anyone have any experience with fetal ovarian cyst being diagnosed via ultrasound? I went for a growth scan today as I am having twins I'm being scanned every 2 weeks and they've noticed an ovarian cyst on one of the babies. I'm currently 33 weeks and was scanned less than 2 weeks ago and it wasn't picked up so I can only assume it's come on suddenly. The sonographer wouldn't comment on whether I should be concerned or tell me anything about why/what happens next etc other than that I need to see the consultant and I've got to go back Monday so I have the whole weekend to stress about it. I know I shouldn't have but I've googled and it comes up with a range of outcomes from cysts disappearing on their own to babies having surgery when they're born and potentially losing an ovary so I'm driving myself mad over it. They measured it to be around 4cm which according to google is fairly sizeable..

Would be really grateful if anyone has any experiences to share either positive or less soSmile

No experience sorry. What did they say today at your appointment?
