Hi im 20w 6d pregnant with my first baby and yesterday was my 20 week scan. While everything else looked normal the ultra sound technician found two small cysts on baby's right kidney. I have to go back in two weeks for another scan and have been left feeling very in the dark as no one has really explained to me the reason for it or what it means. She said everything else was fine and there is a normal amount of fluid around baby but even so I can't help worrying, has this happened to anyone else?
