Cyst on ovaries..with a 8mm echohenic sold area?

So I've been for my 12 week scan everything fine with the baby however she did notice a cyst on my ovary. She originally said she'll have a look at it and most likely just keep an eye on it at my 20 week scan, she then came back to me to say she's gonna book me in for an 16 week scan to have a look at it then. On my notes it says a 53mm cyst, appear to contain a 8mm echohenic solid area retracted clot ?? I've tried googling in it but nothing is making any sense. Has anybody had this before that can explain to me what it is or could be? And what treatment I would have if I need too?

I know I had an ovarian cyst in early pregnancy with my last son, as I had a large bleed - I was told it was a sag of fluid left over from where I had ovulated last. By the time I got to my 20 week scan, it had definitely gone and both ovaries were clear
